Synopsis
An apartment complex lives under the unseen influence of an elderly man whose psychic abilities let him manipulate its residents and decide their fates. His isolation is disrupted when a young girl with powers of her own moves into the building. Their encounter turns the ordinary housing block into a dangerous contest of wills between two formidable minds.
