Synopsis

A young man's ordinary life begins to unravel when his childhood friend, once nearly his girlfriend, returns to town. Before he can settle into the future he imagined, a violent tremor knocks him unconscious beneath falling debris. When he wakes, familiar surroundings have become a nightmare, with people being devoured by monstrous creatures and survival replacing every personal hope.
