Synopsis

In 1930s Shanghai, celebrated writer Xu Youyi's carefully maintained marriage and reputation begin to unravel after an anonymous message exposes a hidden betrayal. Seeking refuge from the fallout, she encounters Yan Wei, a reserved photographer whose quiet strength contrasts with her own public life. As danger closes in around them, their unexpected bond becomes a source of trust and emotional healing.
