Synopsis
After Britannia conquers Japan, the occupied nation is reduced to Area 11, while its citizens lose their former rights and identity. Britannian student Lelouch Lamperouge becomes entangled in a clash between insurgents and the occupying military. A mysterious encounter grants him Geass, a power that enables him to assume the masked identity Zero and challenge Britannia, even when that struggle places him against his friend Suzaku.
