Synopsis
After an aircraft crash draws them into a volunteer rescue effort, close friends Tokio and Azuma uncover a baffling situation instead of the disaster they expected. Their return is interrupted by a former foe whose newly acquired abilities put them in danger, forcing both boys to gain superhuman powers. Tokio must then conceal his changes while strange disturbances spread through the city and school.
