Synopsis

At a Japanese high school, popular student Daisuke Suwa dismisses quiet newcomer Hinako Aikawa after misreading her discomfort as rejection. His view changes when he overhears her private confession at an abandoned church, learning about abuse at home and a child placed for adoption. Unable to reveal what he knows, Daisuke tries to support Hinako as trust grows between them, while gossip and jealousy strain their fragile connection.
