Synopsis
In early-seventeenth-century Japan, a succession dispute forces the Iga and Kouga ninja clans into a deadly contest. Ten warriors are chosen to represent their sides, with the winning faction promised lasting influence over the shogunate. Among the champions are Oboro and Gennosuke, whose love binds them together even as their families' ancient hostility demands that they become enemies.
