Synopsis
Seventeen years after humanity lost control of the oceans, an inexplicable armada keeps the world's navies at bay. Gunzou Chihaya takes command of the submarine I-401, aided by Iona, its humanoid avatar, and sets out with his crew to challenge the Fleet of Fog. Their mission brings them into conflict with machines that possess overwhelming power and unfamiliar motives.
