Synopsis
Kou has built his life around avoiding favors and obligations, but that rule collapses when an eccentric woman rescues him from drowning. Living beneath the Arakawa River, Nino says she comes from Venus and demands that Kou become her boyfriend as repayment. Unable to refuse the debt, Kou moves beneath the bridge and enters Nino's unusual community.
