Synopsis

At Seiran Academy, model student Ayaka Shiramine is determined to remain at the top of her class. Her plans are disrupted when Yurine Kurosawa, a seemingly unmotivated prodigy, surpasses her with ease. Ayaka's frustration draws the two together, but Yurine soon develops romantic feelings that Ayaka is not prepared to handle. The school's romantic lives unfold through several connected pairs rather than one central couple. Ayaka's reserved cousin Mizuki grows close to Moe, an eccentric runner she meets through the sport. Meanwhile, gardening club members Yukina and Towako become involved in recruiting Yurine, adding another relationship to the academy's shifting social circle. Their stories move between playful misunderstandings, awkward attraction, and more tender moments as students discover how difficult it can be to express affection.
