Synopsis

After losing their way, a father and his daughter arrive at a secluded settlement where animal-masked hosts treat people as food. Trapped inside this brutal community, the pair must endure its warped welcome while trying to understand the beings who run it—creatures that occupy an unsettling space between human and animal. Elsewhere, Nero works as a laborer on one of the settlement's farms. His routine changes when he comes before Ernest, a deer-headed figure who leads the village. The encounter awakens fragments of a past Nero cannot consciously recall, raising questions about his place among the farm's workers and the community's unnatural order. As the father and daughter confront the settlement's customs, Nero is drawn toward memories that may connect him to the same hidden reality and its origins.
