Synopsis
After learning that his father has died, Yoichi Yamashita returns to his hometown for the funeral, ending more than a decade of estrangement. As relatives recount the past, memories emerge of afternoons in the family barbershop, the 1952 Tottori fire that destroyed their home, and the divorce that reshaped his family. Yoichi begins confronting his complicated view of the distant man he left behind.
