Synopsis

After surviving Cambodia's killing fields, childhood friends Akira Hojo and Chiaki Asami return to Japan with a shared ambition: reshape the country into a place they can call their own. They divide their roles by chance—Akira enters the yakuza underworld, while Chiaki pursues a political career. Their alliance must bridge criminal power and government influence as they challenge Japan's established order.
