Synopsis

At a German hospital, surgeon Kenzo Tenma defies medical hierarchy to operate on a critically injured boy, sacrificing his professional standing to save an innocent life. Years later, a chain of murders brings Tenma unwanted benefits and places him under suspicion. Forced to confront the connection between his patient and the killings, he pursues the truth through a web of crime, secrecy, and psychological terror.
