Synopsis
In post-Civil War New York, immigrants seeking opportunity crowd into Five Points, a district controlled by criminals who buy the police and rule through violence. Luke Burns, a principled teenager, sees the gang's influence behind the neighborhood's misery and refuses to join. Unaware of his brother's secret life, Luke is caught between his hopes for a better future and Brad's role as the mob's feared assassin.
