Synopsis
After Takashi Kaze's parents relocate him to a quieter part of Tokyo, they hope distance will curb his troublesome friendships. At school, however, classmates draw him into the world of motorcycle rallies. The experience changes his direction, and he sets out to join a biker gang, beginning with the difficult search for a motorcycle of his own.
