MangaTime 1.8 – Smarter Search & Easier Reading Progress

We’re back with a fresh update that makes discovering and reading manga even smoother.
Here’s what’s new in MangaTime 1.8:

Smarter Search

Until now, search only worked for manga titles. With this update, you can also search for:

• Creators (author or artist)
• Tags (genres, themes, formats, etc.)

So whether you remember the creator’s name or just a theme you’re into, finding new manga is much easier.

Track Your Catch-Up Progress

Ever wondered how many chapters you still need to read to be fully caught up?
Now every chapter in the “Next to Read” list shows a small number next to it, telling you exactly how many chapters are left after that one.

This way, you’ll always know how far you are from being in sync with the latest release.

Recent Searches

We’ve also added a Recent Searches feature.
Your last searches are saved and displayed, so you can quickly jump back to something you were exploring before—no need to type it all over again.
